Our postgraduate scholarships are designed to reward excellence in all its forms, giving you additional support while you're studying with us. We offer a wide range of scholarships to our International postgraduate students to help make studying at a postgraduate level in the UK more accessible. 

The following scholarships are available if you are starting your course in September 2026:

Chevening Scholarship scheme Full-time applicants for a postgraduate taught course who are a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country at the time of application and who intends to return there at the end of study A tuition fee waiver plus other allowances Apply online - the deadlines are country specific but the application window is usually between August and November each year for September entry in the following year

Chevening Partner Scholarship scheme

Full-time applicants for MSc Disaster Management, Master of Business Administration, MA 3D Computer Animation, MA Multimedia Journalism, MSc Medical Imaging with Management and MSc Adult Nursing.  A tuition fee waiver plus other allowances Apply online - the deadlines are country specific but the application window is usually between August and November each year for September entry in the following year

Commonwealth Shared Scholarships

To be eligible for one of these scholarships, you must meet certain criteria, including being from one of the countries included in the scheme and hold a first degree at either first-class or upper second-class level. 

The Shared Scholarship covers:

  • Tuition fees
  • Maintenance/living cost stipend
  • Return flights
  • Thesis grant Study travel grant (if applicable)
  • A one-off arrival allowance
